The band have chosen not to use a drummer since they started out. In January 2003 DP released their debut album Rust Garden on their own November Tenth Records label, so named because November Tenth 2002 was the day they wrote their anthem Black Leather Jesus.

Relentless live work began to pay off and in a very short space of time the band became a big live draw and the house band throughout 2004 at London alternative club Dead and Buried.

The furious touring continued throughout 2005 and the band played a memorable Halloween gig at Whelans in Dublin after appearing at Tower Records the same day. Hammer Horror Glamour also made its debut on Irish national radio that night as well. A live DVD was later filmed at a show in Edinburgh on the same tour. Having signed a publishing deal with Wipe Out Music (Deadline, The Grit, Goldblade etc) the current album Memphisto became available on iTunes. 2006 also saw them team up briefly with the Torpedo booking agency in Germany and a tour there in December 2006 was highly successful as was a trip to Poland!.

2007 saw Devilish Presley playing in Europe once again as well as a massive 42 date UK tour to promote the single Halloween Queen released as a download only single on iTunes Virgin in February 2007. Work then commenced on demo's for the next studio album with Mike Holloway at his home studio in Northampton. The band then spent time at the studio of P.
